| Registered User | Moose's very own Chicken & Pasta with Olive Oil Cube Chicken Breast - About 3-4 Cups Lightly Coat with Flour (note - don't bread them, just dust them) You have two Vegatable Choices - thawed frozen Pea's (1 small bag) or Steamed Fresh Broccoli (3-4 Cups cut up) Have a small jar of capers drained Pound of Cooked Pasta Add Olive Oil to Skillet (about an eigth of an inch deep) and raise heat. you will want to have enough oil so that it can coat the pasta later. Add the Chicken Breast and brown each side. Add Broccoli or Peas and Coat Place Lid on Skillet, lower heat and steam for a few minutes. Add Capers and salt and pepper to taste. Place cooked pasta in a bowl and add the chicken mixture and stir it up and serve! Note - angel hair pasta works well for this. |

you can find them where the olives and miniature pickled onions are. they look like little tiny green olives w/o pits. | |
