1 package Broccolislaw and 1 package shreedded cabbage blend ( or 2 pkgs cabbage blend)
1/2 cup fat free mayonaise
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp Dijion mustard ( depending on taste)
2 Tbsp splenda
1 tsp celery seeds (optional)
Combine the salad mixes.
In seperate large bowl mix all dressing ingredients.
Add salad mixes and refridgerate for 2 to 4 hours- then serve.
Can be refridgerated for up to 3 days.
* I always add a bit more mustard and vinegar.
This recipe is easy to modify depending on your preference.
