I took the jennie-o turkey tenderloin Tequila Lime flavor from sams club and oven roasted it (2 pounds worth). Cubed it, then diced a vidalia onion, and mixed enough helmans canola oil mayo so it clung together, and added cayenne pepper to taste. Has a nice crunch from the onions, and I love the tequila lime turkey tenderloin to begin with. Throw it in a low carb wrap with some greens if you are low carb/ckd, or a regular wrap with wild rice.
