I know it sounds bad but try it, if you havnt already.
There are several options and I found experimenting works out well.
1 can tuna drained
1 scp whey flavor dosnt seem to make much difference
fruit-banana, 6-7 strawberries, whatever
big spoonfull of peanut butter
*1/2 cup oats or less depending on how thick you like it(no bad jokes)
OJ or favorite juice, cran grape works good too
throw in any powders needed, glutamine, etc.
Blend and drink
*can substitude 1/3 can beans(pinto/black) for oats
