    Tuna shakes


    I know it sounds bad but try it, if you havnt already.

    There are several options and I found experimenting works out well.

    1 can tuna drained
    1 scp whey flavor dosnt seem to make much difference
    fruit-banana, 6-7 strawberries, whatever
    big spoonfull of peanut butter
    *1/2 cup oats or less depending on how thick you like it(no bad jokes)
    OJ or favorite juice, cran grape works good too
    throw in any powders needed, glutamine, etc.
    Blend and drink

    *can substitude 1/3 can beans(pinto/black) for oats

    If I get to the point that there is raw powder HMB, raw powder gakic, bulk yellow gold and that shake in my house I will eat all the bulk powdesr first....LOL and for those of you that know how those taste.....................

    Alright, that is a MAN'S SHAKE! Maybe add some mg of test to that, or some fresh asphault.
    Although I like to think I'm a man, I don't think I could bring myself to do this recipe! I like tuna too... hmm.. maybe I will try it...

    if you want whole food in the shake, why not use raw eggs instead?

    1 banana
    1 spoon PB
    4-5 Eggs
    1-2 Scoops whey
    12-16 oz milk
