I figured it's about time that I contribute to this Forum. Here is my favorite evening snack.
WARNING!! Not for carb counters!!
1 can/pack drained tuna (albacore, lips&fins whatever)
2 c. cooked pasta (rotini rocks)
1 1/2 tbsp. low fat mayo
1 pickle spear diced
1 tbsp. onion minced
pinch of Old Bay seasoning
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of ground red pepper
mix & chill
*** vegetation is optional but the addition of diced cucumbers or grape/ cherry tomatoes are good as well.
