maybe you could use skim milk to lower the saturated fat intake?

Cals are TOO high, in my opinion.

Your body can't really digest SOOO much and be ready to eat again 3 horus later (like i do). ALSO... from what i read, your body usually only digests and puts roughly 45-50 grams of protein to use per meal. So 70 may be overkill....

EITHER WAY, i tried it (with skim and yogurt) and YUM!!!!!!!!!

LOL... good one

Halve the banana and the milk and the whey. Then go grab a cheese burger to fill the gap.

What a waste of cals.

thats the perfect shake if you want to be on the can 5 minutes later lol.. well for me anyhow. I try not to take shakes with over 50g of protein.. my body can't deal with all that protein at once. With the exception of when I wake up and I am starving.

Tried it today...tasted great

But I cut all the ingredients in half and had it as a post workout drink.

None the less...tasted great...especially since I was sweating so bad.
