Mix your protein powder with fat free milk, and one box of bananna pudding mix and one box of vanilla cream (both fat free kinds). Also mix in half of a container of fat free cool whip. Line your dish up with fat free vanilla wafers, then the banannas and pour the mix over it. Repeat the layer twice and set in the fridge. Let it set for about three hours for best results.

graham cracker layers with some slices of banana would be good too!
