Protein Packaged Oatmeal

Pretty basic. Grad a container of plain quaker oats oatmeal, some skim milk, and your favorite protein power. Mix the oatmeal with 1-2 scoops of protein powder and the appropriate amount of skim milk, toss in the microwave, and enjoy! Also, you can add some splenda/equal to sweeten it up a bit if your protein powder is kind of tasteless.
