ok, since dieting for my upcoming BB comp I have been very creative with low carb recipes...this is my favorite:
1 large low carb wheat tortilla
1/2 cup 2% mozzarella cheese
1/4 pizza sauce (lowest carb sauce you can find)
8-10 turkey pepperoni
400 degree oven.
Prebake the tortilla until it starts to get some brown spots.
Then the rest is simple. Put the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on and pop it back in the oven. Take it out when the cheese melts.
This recipe has roughly 300 calories and 30 grams of protein and less than 10 carbs.
