| Registered User | ugh!...nighttime munchies! after my second meal after my workout...usually eat at like 6 pm and then later at 8...around 9 i get hungry again!....but i want snacky foods...but those r a no no...i have some sugar free ice cream but still has like 3 grams of sugar and 8 grams of alcoholic sugar..whatever that means....but what r some good recipes for low carb/no sugar snacks? |
