Buffalo Soldier

Great buger for bulking. Close to 40/40/20 and only 14 grams of fat! And defrickenliscioso!

Just follow these easy steps.

First, go to Trader Joe's.
Second, grab a basket or cart.
Third, find buffalo buger patties in the frozen food section.
Fourth, put some in your basket or cart.
Fifth, find the whole wheat bagels.
Sixth, put some in your cart or basket.
Seventh, go to checkout line.
Eighth, pay cashier.
Ninth, go home.
Tenth, cook patty and toast bagel.
Eleventh, apply some mustard to bagel and some fat free cheese to patty before putting it together.
Twelfth, eat.
Thirteenth, rub belly and say ahhhhhh.

No one can be a great thinker who does not recognize that as a thinker it is his first duty to follow his intellect to whatever conclusions it may lead. Truth gains more even by the errors of one who, with due study, and preparation, thinks for himself, than by the true opinions of those who only hold them because they do not suffer themselves to think.

Could one find said buffalo burger patties at Wal-mart? (We don't have Trader Joe's around here - I don't know what that is, guessing a grocery store.)

I don't think so. They may have some buffalo in the meat dept somewhere but I have never seen the frozen patties there. Go to a butcher/meat market. I am sure they can hook ya up with some lean buff that you can form into your own patties. It is totally worth it, they taste awesome and are pretty good for ya.

Found this website selling them:

Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are the best god damned grocery stores.

Nice BP.. Buffalo meat is delicious.

Now, I'm about to eat a sheet of cookies.

Sweet, that's so easy even alpha males like us can handle that minor task

Maybe they'll start killing a lot more Buffalo's if this gains popularity

did you know buffalo is the leanest and most protien packed source of crude protien that humans consume. 1 burger sized patty has only like 10-12g of fat and about 45g of protien

This country has very poor buffalo Karma. Any animal that was decimated from populations >60,000,000 to <2,500 within 2 decades for only their hides and tongues does not deserve to be on the dinner table. JMO

Share it with someone for half the cals.

You can lose the bagel and use whole wheat bread for less cals as well.
