We all know there is that ongoing debate on hi gi vs low gi postworkout. I've done both and right now I'm doing the hi gi thing.

So will all the sugar and stuff that can be used I've been trying to figure out some tasty postworkout shake recipes, other than just maltodextrin or dextrose and whey. I haven't reached anything conclusive yet, but didn't know if any of you guys had some good ones floating around.
