AI chocolate chip pancakes
(Old recipe but the cookie mix make sit even better)

4-5 egg whites (depending on size of egg)
1 whole egg (you can leave this out and results will still be similar)
¼ tsp baking powder
1.5 – 2 cups of oats (2 cups if you want them to be fairly dry)

Blend above until fairly smooth so that it can be poured easily.

¼ cup of AI cookie mix

Blend again for a few seconds but don’t destroy all of the chocolate chips.

Heat skillet to medium heat, and pour ¼ to 1/3 cup onto skillet. This should make 4-5 medium sized cakes or fill the pan and get 2 big suckers if you are impatient as I am.

Optional:
Add fruit instead of cookie mix
¼ cup of blueberries or bananas seems to be the best tasting options.
