These are all very good. The addition of about 5 or 6 ice cubes into the blender with ANY proteinshake makes them superb. If you practice at varying the amounts of liquids added and the blending time, you can get an almost milkshake texture. The addition of a packet of sweet and low (pink ones) improves the flavor considerably. Blender shakes are my new thing. I'm having about two a day. They're the perfect MRP, especially with frozen fruits thrown in. Beats a friggin shaker cup by about eleventy thousand.
