1 teaspoon canola oil
1/2 pound lean boneless top round, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon fresh ginger,
3 tablespoons slivered almonds
2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 cup beef stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Heat the oil in a heavy, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute the beef. Stir in the ginger, almonds, and broccoli and stir-fry for another 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the stock and soy sauce and cook until bubbling. Can alter meat selection to cut down on fat content without sacrifcing protein content
