2 scoops 100% ANY WHEY Protein
1 medium sweet potato
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla without alcohol
2 tablespoons oatmeal 1 Pierce sweet potato and wrap in a paper towel.
2 Microwave on HIGH 5-8 minutes.
3 Remove skin and mash with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
4 Mix well and pour onto a heated skillet.
5 Cook 2-3 minutes over medium heat, turn and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
