INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 scoops 100% ANY WHEY Protein
1 (9 inch) ready-made pie crust
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup honey (sugar free)
1 cup SplendaŽ Granular
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. margarine
1 1/4 cups pecans

1) Preheat oven to 350°F.

2) In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg substitute and 100% ANY WHEY Protein together.
3) In a small pan, melt margarine.
4) Add honey, SplendaŽ, vanilla extract, and margarine to protein mixture and mix well.
5) Add pecans to mixture.
6) Pour into pie crust.
7) Bake at 350° for approximately 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
