INGREDIENTS
2) scoops 100% ANY WHEY Protein
1) 1/2 cups Kashi Go-Lean cereal
1/4) cup dried cranberries
1) cup mini marshmallows
3) tablespoons honey
2) tablespoons peanut butter

1) Slightly crush cereal in a small bowl.
2) Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3) Mix cereal and cranberries together in a small bowl.
4) Heat marshmallows, honey, and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
5) Immediately pour over cereal mixture
6) Add 100% ANY WHEY Protein and mix ingredients until evenly coated.
7) Shape into 24 balls and place on a baking sheet.
8) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

I bet you could do something similar with a rice krispy recipe.

And then just cut squares also.

do you know the specific breakdown of this... cals, fat, carbs, protein, etc.?

I dont know, but you can check individually, what each ingredients comtain, and go from there ;)
The recipe looks damn good, but not very healthy...If you do come across a healthier one, please post it up.

Sure, I will keep an eye on it. Honey and marshmallows could be replaced. Do they make splenda marshmallows? and honey is not that bad. It's sugar, but PWO with the shake, it could be useful.
