INGREDIENTS
1 scoop 100% ANY WHEY Protein
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed
1/4 teaspoon salt1 Mash garlic into paste with salt.
2 In a large bowl, combine 100% ANY WHEY Protein, yogurt, anchovy paste, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese; mix well.
3 Refrigerate dressing for 1 hour.
4 Slice romaine lettuce and divide among 4 bowls.
5 Drip dressing over romaine lettuce.
6 Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese on each bowl.

Some items were never meant to mix together. Whey + Yogurt is cool. Whey + Yogurt + (pick any of the following)
1. Vinegar
2. Mustard
3. Anchovy Paste
4. W sauce

makes me wanna hurl. You sure you got that recipe right JJ?
