Healthy Tomato Soup


You Will Need
1 can (46 ounces) tomato juice
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 celery rib with leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
3 to 5 whole cloves
1 bay leaf

What to Do
1. In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until heated through.

2. Discard cloves and bay leaf before serving.

Serves 6
