Homemade Whole Wheat Flapjacks

Ingredients:

1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour

1/3 Cup
All The Whey® - Natural Unflavored*

1Tbsp
Brown Sugar

2 tsp
Baking Powder

1/4 tsp
Baking Soda

1/4 tsp
Salt

1 cup
Skim Milk

1
Egg

2 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil




*can use any other flavor as well

Directions:

1. Combine flour, All The Whey®, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

2. Lightly beat milk, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.

3. Bake on preheated griddle (400°F), turning when edges appear dry (about 1-1 1/4 minutes per side).

haha.. yea.. pancakes.. he must be way north cause i never called em flapjacks, and im from the glorious midwest

You can also replace brown sugar with sugar twin the brown one, so that way it would have less carbs.
