2 protein drinks to make u gag!

tell me what u think to these 2 protein shakes my gym is crazing over!!!

the orange tuna sensation!!!
2x tins of tuna in spring water
1x egg (white and yolk)
1x large glass of pure orange juice
(and then blend it)

peaches n tuna!!!
tin of tuna in spring water
tin of chopped peaches
glass of semi skimmed milk
(and blend again)

and i never made these up myself!!!
 
I would never put tuna through my blender, but I would try one of these. How about this:

1 can tuna, drain the water
2 cups tomatoe juice
2 tablespoons tobasco sauce
1 celery stalk
vodka optional

In the mean time, I think I'll stick to my recipe of:
2 scoops of ON whey
1 cup chopped oats
 
This kind of reminds me of that Saturday Night Live skit: Super Bass-o-matic '76, with Dan Aykroyd

You're missing a ton of horseradish, crushed black pepper, worchestire sauce, celery salt, lemon and lime juice.

You can also make it into an Asian Mary by replacing the Worch. with Soy sauce, and adding ginger and wasabi.

Bloody Maries are sometimes served with shrimp ****tail.

I've seen shakes like this before and they say they taste really good! The tuna is covered up and chopped up so you don't even know it's there. Myself I don't think I could knowingly drink tuna! They'll have to trick me into it.

Yes, our Vice President, **** Cheney's name must also be censored.

The whole concept of profane language is a bunch of Puritanical baloney. You can thank them for making sexual and scatalogical references "profane." You can thank everybody else for buying into it.

Why ****tail is forbidden, and "balls" and "ass" is just fine, I'll never know. It must be a deficiency with the profanity filter.

Remember... As George Carlin would say... you can p-r-i-c-k your finger, but don't finger your p****.
