1 bottle Low Carb BBQ Sauce (approx. 2.5 servings)
1 bottle of regular BBQ Sauce (approx. 2.5 servings)
1 Boboli Whole Wheat Crust
1 Package Fat-free Mozarella
12 oz. boiled chicken breast
*additional herbs/spices to taste
Total Calories:
Calories: 1640
Protein: 167
Carbs: 201 g (20g fiber; 40g sugar)
Fat: 22.5g
You could cut this into 6 pieces, and eat 2 slices per serving. that would make each serving (1/3 of total):
Calories: 546
Protein: 55g
Carbs: 67g (6.5g fiber; 13g sugar)
Fat: 7.5g
I think next time I will rub some EVOO and herbs on the crust before starting. This recipe could stand to have a higher fat content.

- Chop 1 whole chicken breast into small pieces, across whole crust
- Drizzle a bit of regular BBQ sauce on chix
- Layer 1/2 package of fat-free mozzarella on pizza
- Add 2nd layer of Chix
- Drizzle a bit more low carb BBQ Sauce
- Add another layer of Cheese
- Drizzle a bit more regular BBQ sauce on top
- Bake at 400 for about 12 minutes
