ive been trying to make ground turkey less dry and bland for a while now and came up with this 2 days ago....i think im addicted to it.
1 package of jennie 0 lean ground turkey
1/2 small yellow onion chopped
handfull of kraft crumbles (provalone and parm mixture)
4tsp of montreal hamburger seasoning
dash of salt/ pepper
2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes
1 egg.
mix all together ...makes 4 fat burgers.
i leave it sit on the grill on high heat for about 7 min a side...it gives them a good crust and keeps the moisture in. no bun needed.
