ingredients: 1 family size boneless skinless chicken breast, onion, garlic, large can spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce, low fat mozarella cheese, whole wheat spaghetti noodles.

I bake the chicken in a casserole dish at 350 for about 15 minutes. Then dice an onion and chop up a few cloves of garlic. Take the chicken out sprinkle the onions and garlic over the top then pour the tomato sauce over the top. Bake again another 30-40 minutes. Start boiling some water then cook the noodles. When theres like 10 minutes left sprinkle on the mozarella cheese. Voila your finished.

Now if you want to make it the authentic way you would bread and fry the chicken then bake. dayum is that ever good but way too much work.
