Ingredients:
(2) 12.5oz cans of chicken breast (Costco has the best price for these that I have found)
(1/2-1 cup) of plain yogurt (to desired consistancy)
(1) green apple
(1-3) teaspoons of curry powder
(3/4 cup) either raisins or dried cranberries
(3/4 cup) Chopped walnuts/pecans
Directions:
Open and Drain water out of chicken. Place chicken in a large bowl or tupperware container. Core dice and add green apple, nuts and dried fruit. Add in yogurt and curry powder and stir. add more yogurt and or curry powder to desired texture and flavor. store in fridge and eat for a few days.
