heres a great bulking/ sweet tooth/ bed time recipe

1 box ff sugar free jello pudding (choc)
    2 cups cold skim milk
    2-3 scoops protein powder (choc)
    1 cup cottage cheese
2-4 tbl spoons coconut oil (make sure its extra virgin)
4+ tbl spoons all nat pb

i make a bunch of servings at once and refrigerate for before bed. i also mix mine in a mixer instead of by hand to get rid of the chunks from the cot cheese. ill post nutrition info later, but its pretty self explanitory on high protein, high healthy fats, slow digesting etc.

all of these measurements are rough, play with the recipe a little to see what works for you

assuming 4 servings (which are pretty small) it should be

    cal-270
    fat-13
    sat-7
    carb-10
    sug-7
    pro-29

what kinda pro are you using for consistancy purposes? thick thin chunky smooth you know or the brand you like.

i used ON 100% whey chocolate, you may have to play with the recipe a little to get it how you like i was just playing around in the kitchen the other day and came up with this, it was suprisingly good and ive used it ever since, i may however add a little more milk it gets a little thick. great before bed though

I do the same thing but I use 2 boxes of ff/sf Jello pudding (1 chocolate(big box), 1 cheesecake) and some on casien vanilla protien (6 scoops) mix everything with slightly more skim milk than is required for the pudding alone
