    Bison

Anyone got any special ways for cooking it? Tired of cooking it then swallowing it down with water

Anything you can do to beef you can do to bison. Just google recipes.

I've taken Venison and wild turkey.

Cut into cubes, dip in honey mustard, then batter with pancake mix. Deep fry. Nuggets of heaven!!

I usually just dip in ketchup, BBQ sauce, or use a "favorite" seasoning (whatever I'm in the mood for). As said above, anything you do for beef, you can do for bison.

***The key to making bison palatable is NOT overcooking it....bison cooks much faster than beef due to less fat content.
