  1. Another Protien Pancake (very simple and delicious)


    3 eggs or egg whites (depends on how many cals you wnat)
    1/2 C cottage cheese
    1/2 C oatmeal
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    blend together
    cooking in a 10 inch skillet yields 2 pancakes! make sure you use nonstick spray though!

  3. you can't taste the cottage cheese at all. It just adds extra protein and keeps it moist. Some people just do eggs and oatmeal but I think it's too dry. Top it with some berries or peanut butter. You'd never know there was cottage cheese in it
