Omega Packed Smoked Salmon Proquettes:
1pk COTS(chicken of the sea) smoked salmon
1pk COTS boneless skinless salmon
3Tbsp Almond Meal
1/3c Coconut Oil/Safflower Oil to fry.
~Mix Ingredients in a bowl with a little pepper to season. Form two baseball sized portions and form into patties. Oil should pop moderately if tested with water...usually a medium-high heat settkng is substantial to cook crisp patties. Slowly place patties in oil frying til golden brown on each side...place cooked patties on paper towel lined plate til cool. Enjoy ontop salads or along side green veggies.
