I was thinking about 3 cups brown rice mixed with a pound and a half of 90/10 ground beef with some cheese mixed in....
any others?...ones that don't take a lot of prep/time.
also, I'm trying to lose weight/fat....how much whole milk can I safely consume? As long as it fits my macros is it ok?
