    300ml milk
    30g whey
    100g oats
    15g flax
    20g pb
    10g evoo

    Roughly 900 cals 44 fat. 90carbs. 50pro

  10. Canned pumpkin and a tspoon of pumpkin pie spice mix added to vanilla is yummy. Blueberries and cinnamon are also good.

    1 C blueberries Frozen
    1Tbs Flax oil
    2Tbs Peanut Butter
    6 Egg White

    1082 calories
    131/41/58 carbs/fat/protein

    I know. I know. Egg whites cause biotin deficiency. But I have eaten egg whites for a long time and I love the whipped airyness they give to shakes.
