3/4 cup granulated Xylitol OR 2/3 cup granulated erythritol
1/4 cup blanched almond meal OR 1/4 cup Flax meal
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup egg beaters + 1 TBLS of macademia nut oil OR 4 whole eggs + 1 teaspoon macadamia nut oil
(****I didnt not try Olive Oil but Im sure that OR butter OR coconut oil would work too)
Mix dry ingredients first very well and then add the wet ingredients afterwards
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Some Misc Notes:
-I do NOT like a heavy chocolate taste so I imagine many people would prefer 1/2 cup of Coca instead
-Almond flour tastes a little better than Flax seed powder but is 4x the price!
-Erythritol is sweeter than xylitol IMO hence the above suggestion to use less
-Store in Fridge.
