    Almond crusted chili chicken

    You will need

    Almond meal
    Chili powder
    Lemon pepper
    Salt
    Paprika
    Pepper

Mix all in a ziplock and shake to disperse spices

Put in chicken (thin cut) and shake. Make sure to coat all chicken

Fry 2-3 min on each side in coconut oil

While doing that preheat oven to 325.

Put fried chicken in baking pan cover with peach salsa and top with a smoked Gouda or wasabi Gouda.

Bake for about 10-15 min till cheese is all melted
