  1. need food ideas for low carb days

    I'm trying to get some ideas on what foods I can eat on low Carb days. I'm getting pretty tired of the usual stuff I'm preparing ie chicken, steak, tuna. Anyone have any good meal plans?

  3. Tuna steak (delicious), eggs, buffalo, shell fish, lobster, shrimp, crab, crawfish, squid and alligator. Also snake.

    Carbs: bok choy, peas, blue berries, straw berries, and flax seed.

    Bok choy is very low in carbs.
