best morning shake!!

  1. 1/4 cup lecithin
    3 scoops whey (75g protein)
    1/4 cup ground flax
    1/4 cup whole grains
    1 tablespoons psyllium
    1 ml DMAE H3
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 Cups skim milk
    1ml liquid CoQ10
    1ml liquid milk thistle extract
    1ml hawthorn blend extract
    Blended in very large cup with a stick blender

    I LOVE IT!!!!!

    1 large apple, cored and sliced

    1 large stalk of celery

    cup kale, chopped

    cup fresh cilantro

    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    tablespoon ginger

    8-10 ounces water

    Blend until smooth

    Makes 1-2 servings


  3. If your a student like me on a budget heres a doosie of a homemade gainer shake

    2.5 scoops whey
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 cups no fat milk
    3 tbsp oil
    Honey 2 TBSP
    1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
