  1. Post Cutting Diet - Yes and No's


    Hey guys,
    I am getting ready to start a cutting cycle. I'm looking for what ingredients to stay away from one's to go for in foods. I want to get the most out of my cutting cycle, however I do not want to sacrifice my muscle levels either.

    If anyone has a personal fav. meal they make and enjoy while cutting...POST IT!


  2. Beat way is low calorie high protein it's okay to eat 200 calories BUT those 200 hundred calories need to be healthy calories

  4. you just need to experiment and find what works best for you.....I find that being super strict on my diet, lowering carbs, and doing cardio on top of my resistance training helps (no more than 30-45min max)

    if my weight loss stalls then i make a cut to my diet
