My preworkout meal is my favorite meal of the day..and the recipe is rediculously simple. 2 pieces of wheat bread, peanut butter, and honey. Boom done

i am a fan of the pb & honey on wheat. It's the best.
My recipe's easy too. 2 scoops of whey, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of oats, 1 banana, 3-4 ice cubes. Blend and enjoy.

Best protein shake mrp or pre workout:
2 scoops peanut butter choco whey
Milk till required consistency is found
1 packet oatmeal
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
Few ice cubes
Throw in blender and bam! Both amazing and nutritious
