Well I mean that can be a lot of things. What is the recipe you currently use? That would help a lot. There's a million ways to cook an egg bro.

I just like them plain. Scrambled is good too with bacon. Lately I have been trying to avoid them though because they have been giving me some awful gas!.

1. Butter pre-heated frying pan with butter made out of olive oil
2. Crack eggs
3. Throw on pan
4. Grind garlic pepper on the eggs
5. Turn over just as the eggwhite around the yolk turns from see-through yellowish to a more solid looking yellow-ish
6. Cook for another 45 seconds-1 minute
7. Serve and eat. May use ketchup and/or salt

Chopped green and red peppers, diced jalapenos. Mix in with scrambled eggs. Onion, mushrooms, and a slice of low fat cheese, also very good

I like to do the japs onions and pepper mix also. You can actually buy a 3 pepper blend in most frozen sections. Helps save some time in the kitchen also ;-)

Fry your meat, then scramble your eggs in the pan. Gives the eggs that beautiful bacon/sausage/steak flavor. Yummy.

Lot of the time I like them simple. Poached eggs with some pico de gallo on top. I have a two egg poacher that I can drop an egg into their spots, close it and through it in the microwave and voila, breakfast at work. Add some fruit, veggies, nuts, and you are all set.
