Post up your KETO RECIPES.

For Chicken, sweet and savory

Cut thin slices of chicken breasts.

In a bowl mix following ingredients:

Fine red wine vinager
Lime juice
Onion Powder
Garlic powder
Miricle fiber (Inulin)
Stevia (82mg)
Cayenne pepper powder
Mustard

mix until a good sort of thick consistency.

Pour over chicken and bake on 450 for 16 minutes.

Now this has ZERO sugar, it has some fiber depending on how much inulin you use

Really simple, mildly spicy boneless pork chops
(chops taste like they've been basted with light tabasco)

2-4 4oz boneless pork chops
McCormick's Grill Mates Fiery 5 Pepper Seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat oven to bake at 350

Put aluminum foil over a baking sheet. For each pork chop, drop about a 1 tbsp dab of olive oil on the foil. Rub both sides of the pork chop in the olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of each pork chop. Put in the oven and bake 30-40 minutes. Flip them once, half way through.

All protein and fat, negligible carbs (maybe a couple grams if you really douse 'em like I do).

End result:

Ground Turkey chili (3.3 LBs turkey)

Onions
peppers
Mushrooms

Oviously some carbs but not many, depends on the onion how much you use, along with pepper colors.
Start by sauteeing all ingredients in EVOO

Add all meat.

cook the meat half way then add 12 tablespoon Balsamic vinager (find one with 2g carb per serving or use some walden farms and cut it with some lime juice) (24g carb for about 54 oz meat becomes bout .4 carb per oz)

cook meat until 3/4 done then add seasonings.

Semi Dark Chili Powder
Cayenne powder
lemon pepper seasoning
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika

mix around meat and veggies, then cover and put on low for about 8-10 min to "reduce". mix then cover for again and turn off stove. Prepare the table get all your **** ready, then uncover and eat. When your not eating it, cover it to keep it reducing.
