Need lunch suggestions

Currently trying to lean up pretty fast. I work on a boat all day long so I have to have something I can throw in my backpack and a cooler when I get to work. Usually make a sandwich but im trying to keep away from bread cause im trying to lean quick. Any suggestions on lunches to take?

Forgot all about canned chicken havent had it in forever lol. Not a fish person though. I wish I liked tuna sure would make my life easier
