Ive been playing with flavors of MAP ( Maximum Absorbed Protein ) and adding natural peanut butter to water. Im trying to make a protein shake as close to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as possible. Strawberry Lemonade MAP is a little sour and the natural peanut butter is a little salty. So far 2 scoops of MAP and tablespoon of PB make for a decent tasting shake. Im goin to add Ultimate Muscle Protein Vanilla to add sort of a white bread and milk taste.
