    Ingredients:

    1 large white onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1 can of garbanzo beans
    1 can of black beans
    1 24oz can diced tomatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs 97% fat free ground beef
    chili powder
    curry powder
    cumin
    black pepper
    sea salt

Brown the ground beef in a large stock pot. When beef is cooked throughly, drain fat off and and set to the side. Dice the onion and bell pepper. Heat olive oil in stock pot. Saute veggies in the oil. When the onions turn translucent, add the beef back to the pot. Then pour in both cans of beans and the tomatoes. Bring this mixture to a boil. Add seasonings to your own taste. I like it hot!

  4. Chili is good eating, this sounds like a real nice recipe.. I'd add a couple of habanero peppers

  5. I cook a good lean spaghetti you guys would like. Pretty easy; lean ground turkey breast meat, dreamfields low carb noodles. I add sauted spinach with fresh garlic to the marina.

Great meal to put in the mix. If it is late it too late, i skip the noodles all together.

    Enjoy.
