I usually eat this while im cutting, its perfect for keeping you full while reaching your protein goals, and its very low carb.


  1. 12-16oz water
  2. 2 tbsp nut butter
  3. 1-2 scoops preferred protein
  4. 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder

I usually just throw it all in my magic bullet for 5-10 seconds, pour it into a bowl, and let it sit for a few minutes. Before you know it, the psyllium will swell creating a thick pudding that fills you up and tastes great!
