Single Serving:

Toss 2-2.5 cups Romaine lettuce w/ cut red onion, set aside or chill

Grill 1 chicken breast (approx. 6 oz) after drybrushing with garlic+red pepper, & chop once done.

Sprinkle Grilled chicken sections on salad bed, and add 1-2oz graded cheddar. Drizzle BBQ sauce on top, and enjoy a great lean bulk meal!

Nice Ill have to give that a try, Reps.

EDIT: NM Rep'd you too recently.

Lets get something straight. A BBQ Chicken is not grilled. It is smoked. You made a grilled checkn salad and put BBQ sause on it.

Woah you read my mind I felt like having some salad tonight. DO you suppose it would taste good with baby spinach? Cuz I have a whole tub of that at home lol

BBQ is a relative term. Actual BBQ is smoked. 90% of what you will see called "BBQ" is actually grilled with BBQ sauce. Its really not that big of a deal.

No, its not relative. Its been made that way by retards. Say it right, or not at all. Its not a big deal to you since youre BBQ is a joke up north.

Well I've subbed in spinach before and as long as there's some actual lettuce in there the taste remains fine. The texture suffers slightly but meh, spinach is a godsend of itself!

Thanks for those hypothetical reps HereToStudy haha. I just had made this salad and it was so good I thought I'd see what the community had to say...... besides the slight BBQ technicality :bigok:

I understand that you are probably more experienced with actual BBQ then many northerners. (Although we do have smoke house style BBQ places up here, in fact not to long ago Invalid Link Removed that was featured on the food network and took 3rd place in the Memphis World Championship BBQ Contest for Pork Shoulder, so yes I do know good BBQ). My point was since 90% of the world uses it a certain way, no reason to comment against it in a thread. I don't correct people who refer to their sparkling wine as champagne.

Got ya this time. :D

Memphis boils their ribs. I dont trust Tennessee BBQ as far as I can throw it. I live within an hour of the "BBQ Capital of Texas" Lockhart which was also on some off-brand channel for battle of the local restaurants or something. Elgin is renowned for their sausage and Snows BBQ, on the way to College Station is considered the best in Texas. They are BBQs. Not grills. BBQs. There is a profound different. That 90% bit isnt true because I hold hope some people arent retarded. Its wrong, and once you accept that, youll be ok. Use correct terminology.

Great. You from Texas. Sweet. Nothing you said has really contributed anything to anything. None of what you just said really applied here. You seem to have a big mouth and a smaller brain. Its pathetic you cant even use the right terms.

Oh so all these *******s don't know what they are talking about when it comes to food?

You seem to have a big mouth and a smaller brain.
I would reconsider how you use that statement, as it easily applies to you.

Yes, they are wrong. Its all based on a popular error. Great insult by the way. Original, poignant, classic.

I have the best of all worlds living in Little Rock. I sit in the center of the BBQ world. I travel East I get Memphis BBQ (which is my favorite). West and TX BBQ. North I get Kansas City style. Here in Little Rock I have all three varieties below my office on President Clinton Avenue.
