Ok the dressing is up to you.. Cuz I'm not gonna put what dressing you should have with this..
1 8 ounce chicken breast, skinless, grilled
2 cups of raw baby spinach
1/3 cup of red or green bell pepper
1/3 cup of cucumber
1/4 cup of almond slices
1 hard boiled egg, diced
dressing of choice
pepper to taste
Look at that... Some good protein, fiber, potassium, and healthy fats!!
If you go sugar free on the dressing you could probably add this to your keto!
