I'm looking to do some fresh fruit smoothies and or maybe with yogurt. No oatmeal and no protein powder. Just a good ole fashion smoothie drink thats good. didn't know if any one has made some good ones! All natural and good fruits.
Because I also have a new blender that I will be doing Demo's. Sell Restaurant Equipment and I got a demo for a Blendtec Smoothie machine. I have found some recipes online through blendtec but I wanted to see if anyone made some good stuff that they wanna share?
Plus also I wanna do a little video for what it can do! It has a 3hp motor built in it. I wanna see what this motha can do!

Every single morning I make a smoothie with 1 banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 scoop banana casein, 1 scoop vanilla whey, lots of ice and enough milk to blend properly.
Keep the smoothies simple, too many fruits is a waste. Usually a banana base with one other fruit added is best, IE: banana + blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, (or) etc.

Perfect! Yea I wanted to get a good morning smoothie with fruit. incase I need a lil sweetness..

hey I love drinking Smoothies especially Green Smoothie..
1 large apple, cored and sliced, 1 large stalk of celery, ½ cup kale, chopped, ½ cup fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ½ tablespoon ginger, 8-10 ounces water

Yeah I wanna do this one day on a cleanse nothing but shakes and fasting. Makes the body feel like new. Meditation on top of it. Def be a good refresher.
