Meatloaf - Chicken

Just saw this recipe a while ago and it sounds delicious. Is this recipe good for bulking?

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Mix:

1 egg, ¼ cup of low carb ketchup, 1 tbsp Worchester sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp chicken stock, ½ cup of water, 3 minced cloves of garlic, dash of onion powder

Add: ½ a green pepper (minced), 1 small carrot (minced), ½ an onion (minced)

Add: 2/3 cup of raw oats, ¾ lb of extra lean minced chicken

Bake for one hour

Entire Loaf: 1,176 calories, 53 g fat, 64 g carbs, 10 g fiber, 107 g protein
4 servings; 1 serving: 294 calories, 13 g fat, 16 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 27 g

Never understood why people use ketchup to make meatloaf.
