Nothing special, but damn good. I've been using xtend for over a year and it never crossed my mind to try milk with it. It is very good this way when using Orange xtend, reminds me of an orange julius/orange creamsicle.
No exact science to the proportions, I used 10oz of water, 10oz of milk, and 3 scoops orange xtend.
