I recently saw this recipe and it taste great! Try it!
1/2 cup rolled oats (cinnamon & spice)
1 cup V8 Fusion (Strawberry Banana)
1 cup yogurt (Vanilla Wegmans Organic Super Yogurt, pre- & probiotic w/ EPA & DHA Omega 3 fats)
1 cup milk (2%)
Tried it yesterday, but I added in 24g of whey protein. Tasted delicious!
I'd probably forgo the V8 and just use real strawberries and banana's.
